Conversation with Mediums – Feminine Spirit Rebecca Johnson from Essentially Balanced

My name is Rebecca Johnson and I am the founder and owner of Essentially Balanced. 

I’m a wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, friend, neighbor, colleague and apparently an inspiration to many. 

I’ve always known I was destined to help people I just never knew how I was going to do that. 

I didn’t want to be a nurse or doctor as the blood and guts aspect of the job was of no interest to me.  I was always more interested in people’s minds, feelings and emotions. 

A few years ago I was introduced to reiki by a friend of mine.  I was feeling lost and suffering from depression and chronic pain.  I had a massage that incorporated reiki and was amazed by the results. 

I knew then it was something I had learn and share with the world.  Fast forward a couple years and I got my masters and am on my journey to healing others. 

Recently I added bars therapy to my repertoire and have first hand seen how it can open the possibilities in all aspects of your life. 

Along the way, I’ve met some incredibly inspirational women in the field who have opened my eyes to so much more than these modalities!

I’ve been on a list life regression journey and identified a couple of my spirit guides.  Using a few different meditation techniques – I’m now using my new found skills for connecting to people’s energies and reading tarot cards for many. 

I’m only new “here” in this space but I’ve learnt so much and cannot wait to share!
