Imagine if you will the seed of gratitude once planted is much like a budding flower reaching for the sun, knowing it needs more light to keep growing to be the fullest expression of itself.
This is true for you. Your Soul knows this truth and by walking a path of gratitude and graciousness you will be lead to all you need to grow and be who you are in the light of the Divine Love.
It really is as simple as that. Take gratitude to heart. Take your sense of gratitude beyond the realms of the mind to the soul and the essence of you, for this is where it’s creative powers really begin.
Your Soul is a mirror, reflecting itself back to you. What you see and experience in this world is a reflection of your Soul, therefore should you desire a more positive lifestyle experience then a positive mindset with a deep sense of gratitude is going to help achieve that.
Deepening your sense of gratitude does take time, years even and while it begins with the simple act of creating awareness, the benefits go beyond that of living more positively.
Firstly, it will create a deeper conscious connection to your Soul, giving voice to the desires that exist within. The energy of love that the daily practice of gratitude perpetuates will allow you to see yourself and your Soul in greater depths.
You will also find that daily gratitude inspires your humble self to grow and shine, alleviating the ego and the need to control life’s outcomes you will find gives way to a much more faithful and sustainable approach to actioning your goals. This coupled with valuing all that life has to offer keeps you ever present in humbleness, never becoming complacent or taking life and your experiences for granted.
Daily gratitude also has a way of having you radiate JOY. You, your Soul and the energy you emit will have other people want to be around you, they will be attracted to your sense of positivity and the happiness that flows effortless from you. And you can walk in this world knowing that what you bring to this world is an energy of JOY and love. A gift in itself to others right there!
The daily practice of gratitude is by far most potent when you are consciously co-creating with the Universe. Through the deepening soul connect that daily gratitude generates you will lay a strong foundation for success when manifesting your dreams.
Here are 5 Soul Shifts that occur when living with gratitude that directly influence the Magic of your Soul and its ability to manifest your dreams.

- Realign from a ‘lack of’ mentality to an Abundant mindset

Step 1: Look in the Mirror (use the time when you are doing your teeth/hair in the morning or prepping for bed).
Step 2: Send your awareness to your heartspace. Place your hand over your heart if need be.
Step 3: Say to yourself “Today I am grateful for……………” Fill in the blank with the first response that comes to mind.
Step 4: Repeat daily for 30days or as long as you feel the need.

This article was inspired after waking today to the words from Spirit “There is a deepened sense of gratitude”. Knowing this was a Soul Conversation Spirit wanted me to have, I sat down and wrote but before I did I wasn’t suprised to realise that this was timed with the Thanksgiving celebrations for the US. A holiday that I wish we celebrated here in Australia. One day where a whole country celebrates thankfulness and gratitude is a gift and an energy I want to be part of it.
