February Cosmic Currents: The Flow Is Breaking Open

February arrives with a very clear message from Spirit:

The flow is opening — and it’s opening early.

There’s a breakthrough quality right at the beginning of the month that feels like floodgates finally shifting. Not because people are trying harder, pushing more, or forcing outcomes — but because resistance is softening.

Support that’s been delayed begins to move.
Decisions that felt jammed loosen.
Momentum returns where there has been stagnation.

If January felt heavy, constrictive, or like you were bracing yourself just to get through, February brings a noticeable change in tone. This is a month where movement returns — but not through effort. Through alignment.

That said, February also asks for discernment.

Collective Instability & Shifting Power

On a collective level, there continues to be instability around leadership energy. I’m still seeing fluctuations connected to Trump’s health and cognitive capacity, alongside a broader weakening of the United States’ energetic stronghold as a global superpower.

This isn’t shared to provoke fear or political reaction — it’s shared as an energetic observation. Systems that rely on dominance, force, and control are losing coherence. The world is adjusting, and with that adjustment comes uncertainty, recalibration, and change.

When collective systems wobble, individuals often feel it in their nervous systems first.

Which brings us to one of February’s strongest themes.

Health: Listen Early, Not After the Body Shouts

Health is highlighted strongly throughout February.

Spirit is very clear here:
don’t push niggling symptoms under the rug.

This isn’t a month for “I’ll deal with it later.”
It’s a month for paying attention early — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

February supports healing and course correction, but only if you’re willing to listen before the body has to escalate the message. Rest, pacing, and responsiveness are not weaknesses this month — they’re wisdom.

Mediumship, Self-Doubt & the Call for Playfulness

or those on the mediumship and intuitive pathway, February is a month where Spirit is actively working with self-doubt.

Many intuitive people are being shown where they:

• second-guess what they receive

• over-intellectualise intuitive knowing

• dismiss guidance because it feels “too simple”

Rather than asking for more discipline or effort, Spirit offers a surprising remedy:

Dolphin energy.

Playfulness.
Lightness.
Curiosity.
Joy.

Mediumship does not deepen through pressure. It deepens through trust and flow. If your spiritual practice feels heavy, effortful, or serious to the point of contraction, that’s your cue to soften rather than strain.

Let intuition breathe.

February’s Invitation

Overall, February is not asking you to push harder.

It’s asking you to:

• receive support

• listen sooner

• soften your grip

• trust what’s already moving

This applies emotionally, spiritually, physically, and financially.

If you feel the shift, you’re not imagining it. The energy really is different.
