2025 has been that year for me.
Not because I suddenly became something new — I’ve walked the path of mediumship, mentoring, and spiritual leadership for over 25 years — but because this was the year I finally believed myself. Fully. Without caveats. Without over-explaining. Without shrinking to make others comfortable.
This was the year my inner Queen didn’t just whisper… she rose.
The Moment Everything Shifted
In April, during a powerful healing, something profound emerged from my heart. I felt my Queen energy awaken — not as an idea or archetype, but as an embodied truth.
It wasn’t dramatic or performative. It was grounded. Calm. Certain.
That moment set me on a deep healing path for the rest of the year. Not healing in the “fixing” sense — but healing through integration. Through claiming the parts of myself I’d been holding with restraint, humility, or responsibility for others.
The Queen didn’t arrive to conquer.
She arrived to settle in.
Embodiment Over Performance
From that point on, my mediumship shifted. I wasn’t interested in just doing the work — I wanted to live it.
I began embracing deeper layers of my connection, allowing my gifts to be expressed more naturally in my everyday life, my mentoring, and my business. I let myself explore how I genuinely want to serve, communicate, and support others — with more creativity, more joy, and far less obligation.
Mediumship became less about proving and more about presence.
And honestly? I’ve had fun with it again.
Learning the Art of Balance
One of the biggest lessons of 2025 was learning how to support others — especially family — without abandoning myself in the process.
I’ve always been a giver. Many of us are. But this year taught me that true service doesn’t require depletion. Balance isn’t selfish — it’s essential.
I learned to create structures and boundaries that allowed my business to continue flowing while ensuring my own needs were honoured. Supporting others works best when we’re not quietly emptying ourselves behind the scenes.
The Queen doesn’t martyr herself.
She sustains herself.
Honouring My Worth
This year also asked me to look honestly at how I value myself — particularly in how I price my work.
I learned to respect my energy, my experience, and the decades of wisdom I bring. I stopped undercutting my worth to feel palatable or accessible. I allowed my pricing to reflect truth, not guilt.
Alongside this came a deep comfort with sharing my views publicly — even when they don’t align with popular narratives around mediumship. I no longer feel the need to blend in or soften my voice.
The Queen speaks clearly.
She doesn’t crowdsource permission.
Trusting the Universe (For Real This Time)
The biggest shift of all?
Learning to trust the Universe — not as a concept, but as a co-creative force.
For a long time, it felt like everything rested on my energy. My effort. My pushing. My holding it all together. And that way of living is exhausting — and limiting.
After my healing journey in Bali, something loosened. I began to truly trust that the Universe can meet me — when I allow myself to receive.
It’s no longer just my energy driving everything forward. I am supported. I am guided. I am met.
That trust has changed how I work, how I live, and how I dream.
What 2025 Gave Me
This year taught me:

2025 didn’t reinvent me.
It crowned me.
As we move forward, my intention is simple: to continue living, serving, and creating from this place of trust, embodiment, and Queen energy — and to invite other women to do the same.
Because when you finally believe yourself…
