How do we connect?
All sessions are conducted via Zoom or in person on the Central Coast NSW. Location is no barrier.
How long is the session?
Depending on your booking 30 or 45 minutes. Focused, potent and complete. I recommend giving yourself space afterwards — take the rest of the day gently.
Will I get a recording of my Session?
Yes. You’ll receive a full audio recording to keep, revisit and integrate over time.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Rescheduling is always welcome at no charge. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice incur a $45 non-refundable fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
