Buying a home tops the list as one of the biggest and most important purchases you will make. And if this is where you are right now, you will also know what a rollercoaster of emotion it can be especially if you feel a little stuck or frustrated with things not moving a long as you’d like.
Consciously working more closely with the Universe to manifest your new home will yield greater results and much more efficiently. There truly is no need to settle because it’s all you can afford when you engage the Universe and allow yourself to receive it’s magic.
Each time I have ordered up my next dream, where I end up living has surpassed my request and delivers on point with what’s in my heart, leaving me with that deep sense of home and harmony.

Using my 5 pillars of Intuitive Manifesting – the feminine way, here are 5 powerful actions you can take this week to shift things up and get closer to your new dream home.
- Hey Universe – Order up!
Write your dream home list. Get clear and specific by writing down your new homes feature list while adding how you feel amid the lifestyle experience you dream off. This is a crucial ingredient.

2. Declutter
Get packing and begin clearing out your cupboards along with anything you do not plan on taking with you. Letting go of the old and making room for the new is a sure fire way to create a shift in your creative flow.
3. Create Opportunity
Do your research, complete your pre-approvals, book those inspections and get talking to your agent.
This is the action step that truly begins to open the door, giving the Universe the opportunity to begin delivering for you.
4. Elevate with Love.
The Universe is a reflection of you and will ultimately deliver your home based on how well you treat yourself. Therefore, upgrading how you love yourself and treating yourself to the lifestyle you desire NOW signals to the Universe exactly who you are and what you’re about. Leaving it no choice but to deliver accordingly – it’s Universal law to match that vibration.
Live today as though you already are living the dream. Own that experience by being true to it.
For example:
- Join the local area community groups on FB
- Buy household items based what you would want in the new house.
- Visualise and picture yourself experiencing different moments throughout the day.
5. Allow and Receive
Be in the moment. Allow yourself to be O’k with where you are at. Don’t force it or push hard, choose instead to know that the Universe has got your back with this and all you need do is follow the breadcrumbs of inspiration, intuition and signs as they drop in.
Not every opportunity will lead to your new home however I do want you to know that every No or disappointment you experience is needed for the Universe to fine tune exactly what needs to line up and be the gift you are seeking.
It may take inspecting 10 homes as it did for us when moving to the Hawkesbury, though if you keep focussed on your list and don’t settle along the way, you will be living the dream before you know it.
