Your Immersion is held privately in Springfield NSW, on the Central Coast of NSW
How long do your sessions go for?
Approx 4hrs. I do however recommend you spend the rest of the day in ease and self care.
Is lunch provided?
Refreshments and lunch is provided. Please be sure to advise of any allergies or dietary requirements.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Please note, there is a non-refundable fee for $45.00 for any cancellation with more than 48hours notice. Of course, rescheduling is always preferable and there is no fee involved to reschedule.
