How long do your sessions go for?
Approx 90mins. I do however recommend you spend the rest of the day in ease and self care.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Please note, there is a non-refundable fee for $45.00 for any cancellation with more than 48hours notice. Of course, rescheduling is always preferable and there is no fee involved to reschedule.
